Sex and Relationship Therapy is aimed at helping people who have difficulties in their sexual relations. These can occur at any time in our lives and at any age. If your sexual relationship isn’t giving you the pleasure or satisfaction it once did, or if it never has, then you may find talking to a sex therapist helpful.
Often couples find it impossible to talk to each other about sex. They may feel awkward or afraid of hurting their partner’s feelings. They might ignore the difficulty to the point that things seem impossible to tackle. They might internalise their distress, leaving them vulnerable, helpless, hurt and angry.
At Reflections Therapy Centre we understand it can often be a difficult topic to talk about, so we offer a safe confidential place where you can explore and hopefully improve the quality of the couple relationship, sexual response and satisfaction, with a therapist that is qualified and experienced in working with sexual difficulties.
An important part of a healthy adult relationship is an active and satisfying sex life
