I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. My training was in the person-centred and psychodynamic methods of approach. Both disciplines inform my practice and offer my clients respect, trust and care.

I work with individuals and couples experiencing relationship problems. I provide a supportive, non-judgemental environment where we can identify the areas causing distress and find a way to work through these difficulties.

I help individuals and couples address the sexual difficulties that are impacting their life and relationship. Problems can be wide ranging and include: loss of desire, erectile dysfunction, painful sex, vaginismus, and premature ejaculation.

I am also a qualified sex & porn addiction therapist, working with individuals and couples. It could be that someone feels their sexual behaviour is out of control or they realise they have become porn dependent.

In working with sex addiction and compulsivity, I understand the importance of supporting partners who have been emotionally impacted by the behaviour. I work with partners who are overwhelmed and lost.

My costs are £40 for a consultation, £60 for individual sessions, and £70 for couples sessions.
