Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Reflections Therapy Centre will continue to support existing clients throughout this period of uncertainty.  Following the Scottish Government’s advice to remain at home, our therapists are working with clients via zoom video as well as telephone counselling.

Project Soothe

A project run by  a team of Clinical and Developmental Psychologists based at the University of Edinburgh and Anglia Ruskin University. Their mission is to develop a bank of soothing photographs that can be shared with others to improve mental health and wellbeing.
